BANJA LUKA, October 16 (FENA) – Nenad Vuković, Delegate in the Serb Caucus of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated that the mandate of Nikola Špirić as Speaker of the House of Peoples marks the end of an era of 'perpetual officials', who have been the paradigm of retrograde and failed politics.
