Špirić warns against 'civic model' of the House of Peoples, citing constitutional boundaries

SARAJEVO, October 15 (FENA) – Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nikola Špirić, stated at a press conference that during his term there had been no blockade of the House’s work, but rather attempts to portray political disagreements as institutional obstruction. Špirić emphasized that without internal dialogue and consensus, Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot progress on its path toward the European Union.
