SARAJEVO, April 27 (FENA) – Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset said today in Sarajevo, after a meeting with members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that membership in the organization implies a strong commitment to European values, as well as a decisive commitment to the European Convention on Human Rights and acceptance of the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights.
