SARAJEVO, March 6 (FENA) – Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nikola Špirić said today that the blockage of the session had harmed all citizens of BiH, assessing that the political atmosphere in the country is 'too stifling'.
