SARAJEVO, May 5 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, said today in Sarajevo, when asked whether anything could be done to reduce congestion at border crossings due to the implementation of the EES system, that waiting at the border is unpleasant and discriminatory, but that this situation has arisen because BiH has been unable to join the European Union.
