SDA and DF submit Constitutional Court challenge over RS Government appointment

SARAJEVO, January 26 (FENA) – A Request for the Resolution of a Dispute with Republika Srpska and the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, regarding the adoption of the Decision on the Election of the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska and the Decision on the Election of Members of the RS Government, was submitted today to the registry of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As part of the request, the Constitutional Court of BiH was also asked to adopt an Interim Measure that would suspend the application of these decisions until the Court reaches its final ruling.
