Transparency International BiH: RiTE Ugljevik has become a noose around the public budget's neck

BANJA LUKA/SARAJEVO, November 13 (FENA) – Instead of being an electricity exporter, the company RiTE Ugljevik has, due to poor party-based management, overemployment, and the allocation of resources through procedures marked by public scandals, been turned into a noose around the neck of the public budget, said Damjan Ožegović, Senior Researcher at Transparency International BiH, in a statement for FENA.
