GORAŽDE, December 8 (FENA) – Alen Muhić from Goražde, a young man born as a result of wartime rape, has officially been granted the status of a civilian war victim. The decision was issued on December 4 by the Center for Social Work of the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton (BPC) Goražde.
