TIBiH: Draft law on HJPC sent to BiH CoM even though consultations are still ongoing

SARAJEVO, November 28 (FENA) – The draft law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been submitted for public consultations, does not represent progress but rather poses a risk of further undermining the independence of the judiciary, Transparency International in BiH (TIBiH) stated.
