OSCE Mission calls on RS authorities to abandon the establishment of reserve police force

SARAJEVO, July 3 (FENA) – The OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calling on the authorities of Republika Srpska (RS) to withdraw the initiative to establish a reserve police force with powers equal to those of the regular police, through amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs of RS, the Mission stated in response to FENA’s inquiry regarding the planned establishment of a reserve police force in RS.
