BiH House of Peoples rejects the Bill on High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council

SARAJEVO, June 5 (FENA) – The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not support the principles of the Bill on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today’s emergency session. The draft law, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, was considered under a shortened procedure.
