Human Rights House Banja Luka - Actions of RS authorities a path to isolation and legal uncertainty

BANJA LUKA, March 31 (FENA) – The Human Rights House Banja Luka is concerned about the situation in the entity of Republika Srpska, which has, over the past month, culminated in the adoption of several problematic laws, conclusions, and a draft of a new Constitution of Republika Srpska, pushing its citizens further into isolation and legal uncertainty, stated the organization.
