Schmidt: The point of all this is for young people to want to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, March 26 (FENA) - High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt made a decision today on the technical amendments of the Election Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, among other things, includes the introduction of scanners and video surveillance in order to make elections more transparent and to prevent misuse.
