Dodik testifies in court, claims he signed disputed decrees before knowing about HR's amendments

SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) – Testifying in his defense in the case against him before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the accused president of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, stated that he signed decrees on disputed laws before he was officially informed that amendments had been published making non-compliance with the decisions of the high representative a criminal offense.
