SARAJEVO, November 21 (FENA) – The General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, better known as the Dayton Peace Agreement, was initialed 28 years ago today. It is a document/legal act, of a consensual nature, which officially ended the nearly four-year war in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992-1995), and which was initialed on November 21, 1995, at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio.
