SARAJEVO, August 28 (FENA) – The 29th anniversary of the Markale massacre was marked in Sarajevo today by laying flowers and honoring the murdered Sarajevo citizens. On this day, at the northern entrance to the Markale City Market, 43 citizens of Sarajevo were killed and 84 were lightly and seriously wounded by a 120-millimeter mortar shell fired from the position of the RS Army (VRS) on Mount Trebević.
