PRAGUE/SARAJEVO, September 17 (FENA) - I don't think that Russia is interested in another war in Bosnia and Herzegovina but the Kremlin certainly cares about the fact that there is always a small fire burning in the Balkans. This increases the importance of Moscow as a powerful political factor, said Andrei Shary, a renowned Russian journalist and Acting Regional Director of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s Russian Service, in an interview with FENA.
