SARAJEVO, April 13 (FENA) - The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Fadil Novalić, today visited the food industry AC Food in Velika Kladuša as part of a working visit to the Una-Sana Canton.
Novalić pointed out that the company is known for its Tops and Maza brands on the market, and added that his visit is also a form of support for the agricultural sector.
Novalić said that the government is increasingly supporting agriculture and that in last year , the FBiH government allocated 106 million KM for that sector, and this year it was 164 million KM.
"The government, having learned from the crises caused by the war in Ukraine when it comes to food industry, is very interested in increasing allocations for agriculture and that there are factories that will feed us in the future, so that at least during crises we do not depend on imports," said Novalić.
The director of the AC Food company Sanel Čeljo thanked for the visit and expressed hope that the company will be recognizable for its products in the region and Europe in the future.
He underlined that they are already present on the markets of the former Yugoslavia, but also in Austria, Germany and the United States, and that they plan to further expand their production facilities and line of products.
