SARAJEVO, April 5 (FENA) - The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fadil Novalić, commented on today's first-instance verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in which he was declared guilty in the "Ventilators" case, pointing out that the decision, made by overriding the President of the Judicial Council, Branko Perić, was a continuation of the political persecution he has been exposed to.
"A huge amount of public pressure and an atmosphere of lynching have accompanied this process from the very beginning. The fight continues and I am convinced of the final victory of justice. This is only the first half," wrote Novalić on his Facebook profile.
He emphasized that the first-instance verdict has only confirmed what they have been saying from the beginning - that it was "a political showdown, the outcome of which was already known, and not a fair legal process".
