Tegeltija: BiH Attorney's Office launches administrative dispute over purchase of ITA building

BANJA LUKA, September 17 (FENA) – The Attorney's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched an administrative dispute against a decision by the BiH Office for the Review of Complaints declaring itself incompetent to rule in the public procurement procedure for the purchase of an office building for the needs of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH, as well as against a decision issued by the ITA, Zoran Tegeltija, director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said today.
