TI BiH: Court confirms unlawful withholding of Marijin Dvor-Ilidža tramway reconstruction data

SARAJEVO, August 11 (FENA) – Withholding information on the reconstruction of the tram line between Marijin Dvor and Ilidža is unlawful, as the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Transport acted solely to protect the interests of the contractor instead of the interests of the community, according to a ruling by the Sarajevo Cantonal Court, Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) said.
