SARAJEVO, October 8 (FENA) – Due to decades of unresolved relations between public broadcasters in Bosnia and Herzegovina resulting from inconsistent implementation of the Law on the Public Broadcasting System and the failure to establish the Corporation of Public Broadcasting Services of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Sarajevo Cantonal Court has recently issued the first final judgment in a lawsuit filed by BHRT against RTVFBiH, following years of court proceedings.
