SARAJEVO, May 21 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković described today’s session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina as one of the most productive in recent times, highlighting the adoption of the state institutions' budget, agreements on border crossings with Croatia, and a decision related to IPA III funds.
