RS Vital Interest Council rules it cannot review NDH-related decisions

BANJA LUKA, May 4 (FENA) – The Council for the Protection of Vital Interests of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska (RS) decided today that the requests submitted by the Bosniak and Croat caucuses in the RS Council of Peoples concerning the Resolution and conclusions of the RS National Assembly on condemning and banning the glorification of the ideology and symbols of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) are not admissible.
