RS CC: Amendments to law on property rights do not violate vital interest of Bosniak people

BANJA LUKA, February 26 (FENA) – In its decision to initiate a procedure for the protection of vital national interest, the Caucus of Bosniak Delegates stated that the amendments to the Law on Property Rights violated the identity of the Bosniak people, as well as other issues of vital national interest. However, at today’s session, the Council for the Protection of Vital National Interest of the Constitutional Court of the entity of Republika Srpska (RS) determined that the legislative solution in question did not violate the vital national interest of the constituent Bosniak people.
