RS Constitutional Court to review Property Law following Bosniak Caucus' request

BANJA LUKA, February 6 (FENA) – The Council for the Protection of Vital National Interests of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska (RS) ruled at its session on Thursday that the request submitted by the Bosniak Caucus in the RS Council of Peoples is admissible. The request seeks a determination of a violation of the vital national interest in connection with amendments to the Law on Property Rights.
