BiH PA HoR fails to pass Court of BiH Bill, adopts tax and labor amendments

SARAJEVO, April 30 (FENA) – The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina considered the principles (first reading) of the Bill on the Court of BiH and the Appellate Court of BiH, proposed by MP Predrag Kojović. The proposed bill did not receive the required entity majority during voting and was therefore referred to the House Collegium for harmonization.
