SARAJEVO, April 28 (FENA) – The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, stated that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a sovereign state whose authorities must decide on their own what they want to achieve. He emphasized the importance of implementing reforms, especially in electoral legislation and the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, highlighting them as key issues.
