SARAJEVO, March 3 (FENA) - Five safe houses for victims of domestic violence are currently operating in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and last year alone, 114 women and children found shelter at the Safe House run by the Local Democracy Foundation in Sarajevo. The FBiH Ministry of Labour and Social Policy emphasizes that funding for safe houses has been significantly increased and that the new Law on Social Services will ensure a more stable and systematically regulated financing model.
