Forto: SNSD failed to shut down cultural institutions, now claims they do not exist

SARAJEVO, July 27 (FENA) - Statements by Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) delegate Radovan Kovačević that Bosnia and Herzegovina has no cultural institutions of its own are yet another example of a policy that has for years sought to deny state institutions, their continuity and the state's responsibility for its own cultural heritage, Minister of Transport and Communications of BiH Edin Forto said.
