Supreme Court of FBiH reports increased productivity but faces challenges in special department

SARAJEVO, February 20 (FENA) – The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) issued a total of 4,608 decisions last year through its three departments – Criminal, Civil, and Administrative. The newly established Special Department for Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime (Special Department), which began operating on April 30 last year, handled multiple cases within its jurisdiction.
