POSKOK's motion for restrictive measures against Debevec, Mehmedagić and Pijuk rejected

SARAJEVO, April 23 (FENA) – The Special Department for Corruption, Organised and Inter-Cantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (POSKOK) has issued a non-final decision rejecting a motion by the FBiH Prosecutor’s Office – Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organised and Inter-Cantonal Crime to impose restrictive measures in the criminal case against defendants Ranko Debevec, Osman Mehmedagić and Milislav Pijuk.
