FBiH Supreme Court confirms indictment against Vojin Mijatović and four others

SARAJEVO, September 15 (FENA) - The Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for corruption, organized and inter-cantonal crime (Special Department of the Court) today confirmed an indictment against Vojin Mijatović, Nevze Sefo, Adis Fajić, Bojan Lazić and Harun Mlivo on suspicion that, as co-perpetrators, they committed the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Authority, as well as against the legal entity "38X Ventures" Sarajevo on suspicion that it committed the same criminal offense.
