SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) – The Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime is competent to conduct proceedings against the defendants Ranko Debevec, Osman Mehmedagić, and Milisav Pijuk, the Criminal Division of that court has concluded, the Supreme Court of FBiH stated.
