SARAJEVO, January 29 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina dismissed as unfounded the appeal filed by Fadil Čović against the final verdict sentencing him to eight years in prison for crimes committed against civilians in the municipality of Hadžići, concluding that his rights were not violated during the court proceedings.
