DF calls for broader list of qualified candidates for new Constitutional Court judges

SARAJEVO, July 14 (FENA) – The Democratic Front (DF) caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina said at a press conference today that the process of selecting two new judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to be appointed by the House of Representatives, has been seriously compromised. They argued that the House's constitutional authority has been undermined because it was presented with a decision containing only two proposed candidates for one of the country's most important institutions.
