SARAJEVO, July 13 (FENA) – The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has overturned the first-instance verdict sentencing Goran Fifić to 10 years in prison for war crimes against civilians in Hadžići and returned the case to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo for a retrial.
