Tuzla court orders one-month detention for man suspected of serious domestic violence and threats

TUZLA, January 28 (FENA) – A pre-trial judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla has accepted the proposal of the acting prosecutor and ordered a one-month detention for Hajrudin Malagić (57) from Tuzla, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the continuous criminal offense of endangering safety in conjunction with the criminal offense of domestic violence.
