Zvizdić calls for initiating negotiations with Russia to return the Ban Kulin Charter to BiH

SARAJEVO, January 28 (FENA) – Deputy Chair of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić, has submitted a parliamentary initiative requesting that the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina initiate bilateral negotiations with the Russian Federation to return the Charter of Ban Kulin.
