BANJA LUKA, January 9 (FENA) – The "Day of Republika Srpska" was marked today in Banja Luka with a ceremonial parade, but the greatest attention was drawn to Rod Blagojevich, former governor of the U.S. state of Illinois and an american lobbyist, who stood in the front row during the event.
