SARAJEVO, November 23 (FENA) – Early elections for the president of the Republika Srpska are being held today. Polling stations opened this morning at 07:00 and will close tonight at 19:00. Some polling stations did not open exactly at 07:00, the Central Election Commission of BiH announced.
