SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) – The session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina was not held today due to a lack of quorum. Delegates from the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) and the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) did not attend the session.
