SARAJEVO, November 6 (FENA) – The session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) was not held due to a lack of quorum. Three delegates from the Serb caucus belonging to the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) failed to show up for the session.
