SARAJEVO, December 25 (FENA) – Kemal Ademović, Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, told FENA that his reason for seeking agreement with the other two members of the Collegium at the last session was the so-called European laws on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He explained that these bills were sent into parliamentary procedure by the House of Representatives without any consultation with legal professionals, or even with coalition partners or political parties. As a result, the professional community, whose members are responsible for implementing these laws, assessed the proposals as poor and publicly explained their shortcomings at a press conference.
