SARAJEVO, November 3 (FENA) – The session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was adjourned several months ago, was scheduled to resume today. However, the Speaker of the House, Kemal Ademović, announced at the beginning that the conditions for continuing the session had not been met due to a lack of quorum, as three delegates from the Croat caucus (HDZ BiH) have not showed up.
