Konaković: BiH's chief EU negotiator cannot be a person who takes direction from Moscow

SARAJEVO, October 15 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmedin Konaković, stated today that the country’s chief negotiator for European Union membership cannot be a person who consults with Russia, and that two key European laws must be adopted before such an appointment can take place.
