BiH Council of Ministers adopts Bill on Restricting Asset Disposal to Prevent Terrorism

SARAJEVO, March 12 (FENA) – The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously adopted and will forward to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH for consideration under an urgent legislative procedure the Bill on Restricting the Disposal of Assets for the Purpose of Preventing Terrorism, the Financing of Terrorism, and the Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. The goal is to establish a reliable, timely, and comprehensive mechanism for the implementation of sanctions measures.
