SARAJEVO, July 22 (FENA) – The share of foreign workers in the total number of employed persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2024 was 0.7 percent, which is slightly higher than in previous years. However, this share remains very low relative to the overall number of employees, and thus, the employment of foreign workers does not have a significant impact on the labor market in BiH — according to the Annual Report and Analysis on the Implementation of the Decision on Determining the Annual Quota of Work Permits for the Employment of Foreigners in BiH for 2024.
