SARAJEVO, March 15 (FENA) – The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada (IGC) warned, following the establishment of offices for international cooperation by the entity Republika Srpska (RS), that this represents an anti-state act and a form of paradiplomacy that will build networks of contacts, lobby, spread political messages, and create the impression that the RS entity is acting as an international subject.
