Citizens' Alliance urges OHR to ensure lawful and final resolution of state property issue

SARAJEVO, May 30 (FENA) – The Alliance for Lawful and Transparent Management of Property in Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent an open letter to the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was publicly read at a protest rally held on May 10 in Sarajevo. The letter conveys key messages from gathered citizens and Alliance members regarding the illegal reallocation of state property, violations of Constitutional Court decisions, unconstitutional spatial planning, and the ongoing disregard for the rule of law, according to a statement from the Aarhus Center in BiH.
